How long is the delivery time?
Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days for in-stock products, such as accessories, tools and other equipment. Printed garments normally take 3–10 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days and may therefore extend the delivery time.
These delivery times apply within Sweden. Deliveries to other countries may take a few additional days.
Where is my parcel?
As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number by email from PostNord or DHL. You can track your parcel using the link in the email or directly at PostNord.se or DHL.com.
I want to exchange or return a product. What should I do?
Returns within Sweden
You can purchase a “Return label” in our webshop and complete the purchase as usual. You will then receive an email from PostNord containing a QR code.
Show the QR code at a PostNord service point, where the shipping label will be printed for you. Attach the label to the parcel and hand it in at the service point. Once we have received your return, it will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
Returns from another country
We do not provide return labels for returns from outside Sweden. You are responsible for arranging and sending the return directly to:

Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel. The return must be sent directly to the address above and must not be sent to a service point or collection point, as such parcels will not be collected. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Can I cancel or return my purchase?
Vildmarken offers a 30-day return period. The product must be unused, and any packaging or seals must remain unopened and unbroken. Additional conditions can be found in our return policy.
