To shop in the Vildmarken Webshop, you must be at least 18 years old or have approval from a legal guardian. By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions. All prices are displayed including VAT for deliveries within the EU. Shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery method, order value, and destination country.
Payment Methods
Klarna/Kustom Checkout: Invoice with 30-day payment terms, installment payments, direct bank payment, card payment (Visa/Mastercard), Swish (via Klarna/Kustom).
PayPal: We also offer payment via PayPal.
Deliveries
We cooperate with PostNord and DHL and always strive to keep delivery times as short as possible.
Sweden: Accessories, tools, and equipment are normally delivered within 1–3 business days. Printed clothing normally has a delivery time of 3–10 business days depending on volume and season. During promotional periods, holidays, and periods of high order volume, delivery times may be longer.
Within the EU (except Sweden): All orders are handled as consumer purchases including VAT, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
To Norway: Sales are handled through the VOEC system. Norwegian VAT is charged in advance and no additional fees are charged upon import.
Outside the EU: Local import VAT, customs duties, or other fees may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Clothing and Printed Products
Delivery time 3–10 business days depending on volume and season.
Personalized products (“custom print”) are not covered by the right of withdrawal or exchange rights.
Claims apply in the event of print or production defects, but not for normal wear and tear or incorrect washing.
Please note that colors may differ between screen display and the actual product.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The product must be returned unused and in resalable condition, properly packaged. In the case of a canceled purchase, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Returns must not be sent to collection points and will not be accepted via cash on delivery.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to gift cards, personalized products, and goods that cannot be returned due to broken seals. Examples include a fishing reel spooled with line at the customer’s request, opened lure packaging, or hygiene products with broken packaging. Special-order and custom-order items are not covered by open purchase or exchange rights.
Unclaimed Packages
For shipments that are not collected and are returned to us, the customer will be charged SEK 300 to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling costs. Larger or bulky shipments incur an additional SEK 199 fee (total SEK 499).
Complaints and Claims
In the event of defective goods or transport damage, please contact us as soon as possible via email with attached photos and your order number. If the claim is approved, a return shipping label will be provided. We follow Swedish consumer purchase laws and offer a 2-year right to complain about manufacturing defects. Damage caused by wear and tear or incorrect use is not covered.
Transport Damage
Visible damage must be reported immediately to the carrier upon delivery and to us on the same day.
Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days. Always save the packaging and product and document the damage with photos.
Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, wear and tear, or incorrect use.

Force Majeure
Vildmarken Nyängen AB is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations caused by events beyond our control, such as government decisions, changes in legislation, natural disasters, fire, flooding, pandemics, sabotage, labor disputes, blockades, technical disruptions, supplier delivery problems, or criminal acts.
Reservations
We reserve the right for possible errors on the website, discontinued products, typographical errors, and items sold out. Please note that colors may differ between images and the actual product.
Disputes
In the event of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Read more at www.arn.se.
