Optima 40 is the smallest suppressor in the Optima family with a diameter of only 39mm. It attenuates 26 dB (.308) and has a durable steel/aluminum construction that can even handle magnum calibers. The model is modular and easy to clean or adapt to other calibers. You can increase the number of intermediate modules for increased performance, but also choose to remove the intermediate module to make it extremely compact.
Like other Optima suppressors, models can be equipped with a recoil brake front, which reduces recoil by about 20%.
Offered in most thread sizes or with the A-Lock Mini quick release.
