The sight is easy to insert. I choose to do it at 50 meters because during the test period I will have it mounted on my Blaser D99 drone. Adjustment for height can be found on the top and there you need a flat chisel to adjust. If you want to adjust the side, you will find the same type of adjustment under the lid on the right side.
The sight is designed to sit on a Blaser rifle and nothing else, with an integrated Blaser mount like those you find on the classic saddle mount. This results in a sleek, compact look and low overall weight, which is always good on the hunting ground. The Blaser RD20 weighs only 195 grams, the aluminum housing is waterproof and the Blaser RD20 can withstand immersion in water up to four meters.
The scope comes with a neoprene lens cover, The large front and rear lenses have a scratch-resistant coating that is easy to clean from water droplets, snow and debris. With the Intelligent Illumination Control (IIC) function, the RD20 automatically switches to energy saving mode when not in use and thanks to this smart concept, the RD20 offers a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. The RD20 reportedly has a parallax-free range of up to 50 meters, meaning the point hits where it is, even if you don't have a perfect facility.
