Sordin SmartEar™ Impulse is ANSI IPIL certified for impulse noise up to 166 dB, which means it effectively attenuates high sound peaks. At these peaks, the earplug provides an attenuation value of 33 dB. When sound peaks are not present, the earplug offers a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 19 dB, allowing voices and ambient sounds to be heard clearly with minimal clogging effect.
