The RTF (Ready to Fish) Roach is based on a scan of a real roach and impresses with extremely realistic details, a photo-chrome surface and additional DNA-lock material, making it difficult to distinguish from a real prey fish.
Since roaches are one of the main prey for large pike, this lure is a safe choice all year round. The combination of fast sinking rate, soft PVC and a large but light paddle tail with glass rattle allows the lure to swim even while sinking - even with tight line.
This makes it usable in both shallow water (with a slightly raised rod tip) and for deep fishing for large pike. The large paddle tail provides an enticing tilting motion, while the rattle in the tail creates enticing clicking sounds and helps predatory fish locate the lure even in murky water.
The larger sizes are ideal for large pike, but even smaller variants can catch substantial zander and perch.
