With mesh fabric along both sides of the spine, the vest lets more air through and reduces weight, while the three protective layers of technical fiber and Cordura remain on exposed parts. This makes Wolf Mesh particularly suitable for dogs that work for long periods of time, such as driving and pointing dogs, woodcutters and pointers.
The design was developed following feedback from international hunters in the Wild Wolf project, where the need for better heat dissipation and freedom of movement was highlighted.
